The Town of Ridgway staff has recommended final plat approval with conditions to the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Ridgway Hot Springs project, which will be in front of P&Z (tonight, Tuesday, Jan. 29) at approximately 6 p.m. at the Ridgway Town Hall.
It is time for the Ridgway Hot Springs project to move forward. At (tonight’s P&Z meeting as a follow-up to the meeting held Jan. 2, we will be presenting a model of the Dream Catcher Lodge at the Ridgway Hot Springs, color renderings of the Dream Catcher Lodge, and images of the proposed Ridgway Hot Springs Pool and Spa to help clarify the project design and direction. I’d certainly appreciate your support and encouraging the P&Z Commission to approve the project.
I am grateful to those of you have attend the past P&Z meetings and your continued support for the project. If you have the time (this) evening to attend the P&Z meeting, I would be again grateful for your support of the project that I sincerely believe will become a community attraction that will help with the future growth of the Ridgway business community in a very positive manner.
